Dr Anthony Toft’s paper: Thyroid hormone replacement – a counterblast to guidelines

In this paper published in the Journal of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh (December 2017, Volume 47, Issue 4), Dr Anthony Toft criticises, first of all the way that medical guidelines have become way more important medically and legally than they were ever intended to. Also, he discusses how T4 and restoring the TSH to normal (whatever that means) does not work for everyone.
